济南铜门从制作到装置工艺流程
Ji'nan copper door from production to installation process flow
一、排料、剪折板，依据订单核算铜板、线条、铜花、角铁、方管、五金配件、外协件、包装资料等。

1.门框、门套、门头、门扇铜板剪切->冲孔、打缺口->折弯

三、铜板氧化上色及防氧化处理，铜板、料型、花件及线条等做打磨处理->上色->喷漆->进烤箱

四、门扇拼装

五、五金件装置

1.五金件开孔->打固定螺丝孔、攻丝

七、质量检测，由质检人员对门扇、五金配件遍地进行严厉检测，并签署质量合格检测表单

八、检验入库，通知甲方人员到厂检验，检验合格后即入库
